We aim to make the process of locating a lost item as smooth as possible. Below are answers to common questions about lost packages and how we can assist you.

What should I do if my package doesn't arrive?

If you do not receive your item or if your item is damaged through transit.  Then please contact us via email. Our team monitors emails during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, and will promptly assist you.

How can I report a lost item and what information do you need?

To report a lost item, please provide your name, delivery address, order number, and a description of the item you ordered. This information is crucial for us to investigate with the courier.

What happens if my item is confirmed lost or damaged?

If the ordered item is confirmed as truly lost by the courier service we use, which will be INPOST Lockers situated in multiply various destinations around the UK. Then a full refund will be issued to you due to the inconvenience of not receiving your item.  If the item is damaged, then photographic evidence needs to be provided and an agreed amount of refund will be offered as we don't accept returns or may not be able to send out a replacement due to subject of availability.
